・ Research and pursue prospective clients and market trends
・ Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development
・ Create marketing material based on each client need
・ Be responsible for ongoing translation and interpretation projects from inquiry
  to final report
・ Liaise between client and internal team for successful completion of the
・ Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery,
  quality and customer service
・ Make monthly sales report to reflect your performance
・ Perform other special projects or duties when required

・ Bilingual communication in Japanese and English
・ Familiarity with other language is a plus
・ experience in sales/marketing or relevant position is a plus
・ Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work independently as well as a team
・ Strong, persuasive presentation skill
・ Excellent problem solving and communication skills across culturally diverse
  and globally distributed teams
